18 months on gents, how are you getting on with your MRC Stage 2?
Iv had mine for 7 months now and I absolutely love it!!!
Cars in at MRC again for a map tweak and a few bits and bobs. Surprisingly it has lost no power at all (no carbon buildup yet) Iv gained a few more horses after the map tweak!

New map for crackles and pops with flat shift/LC. Can’t wait to pick her up in the week.
How many miles have you done in those 7months?

Thanks lads. Does the first 3 gears with the limiter removed make a big difference?
Erm, more importantly let’s see some pictures of your fleet Jay:

Current Toys -

B7 Audi RS4 Avant - Phantom Black
E63 BMW M6 - Interlagos Blue
E36 BMW M3 Evo track Car - Cosmos Black

lol yeah I’ll need to get them sorted mate. Loads of pictures on photobucket of my cars, but they ducked that the pricks. Made a mess of my M3 build thread also! Kind of disheartening after all the effort. I’ll upload to Flickr at some point.

Your not the same Marc1 from cutters are you??

I am buddy. Not been on there a while. No E46 any longer but do still have an E36. Are you the same Jay that had turbo hedge (B5)?

^ To be honest that was nearly my first guess due to the M6. Bet you can’t let that go?! Complete beast! You’ve got pretty much all bases covered with that fleet.

To be honest mate I’m toying with selling the M6 & The M3 to buying something a bit more special. Not decided yet or on what to replace them with.

What E36 do you own?

^ what’s on the list? You liking the B7 then?

328i Sport, all the engine and handling mods, etc and then everything else for track like cage, buckets, six points, etc, etc. Didn’t fully strip this one to provide some sort of comfort when required. Great car, love it. Idea was it was to keep it a budget build hence not going for the 3.0 or 3.2 M3 and consumables being a bit cheaper, but it soon spiralled out of control, lol and this is the second now too so budget well blown each time, haha

If your flaps can be fixed then keep them in, if not remove them or pay for a new inlet manifold which is not cheap. I kept mine in and it made great numbers. I only had them removed when there was play in the controlling shaft. It made hardly any more power once the flaps were removed. But, every car is different and my current RS4 is much stronger that my 1st one.
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3
