As I bought Max's last RS4 cab I can vouch for that!max_b wrote:I had non-res (albeit valved) on my last RS4 cab and for me it was spot on. I personally didn't have an issue with drone, you get used to it!
Part of the fun of having a cab is the extra vocal sensation you get from the monster V8 - 6th gear on the motorway, roof down, planting the accelerator = thunder =![]()

Only thing I may suggest is the valved version to give you the choice of how loud you want it - loud or louder!!!!!

I've got a pair of non-res Milltek centre sections in my garage (used for a year) if anyone is interested in them.MikeFish wrote:The only difference between the 2 systems is a different centre section. And you can buy these separately for not a lot of money. I had a set of each so I could swap as the mood took me. Easy enough to do on my back on the garage floor with the car jacked up. Hardest bit was getting it off the rubber hanger. Fairly liquid and brut force was the key.
If not then as they're taking up space they're going down the council dump.

you never get tired of that! The only drone I get is at exactly 2000 rpm then it goes as soon as you put foot down
BTW I was worried before I bought the car that it would be too loud with S button on especially with family, but now I always leave it on!!
Hope you're well. Still miss that car
So Boba, what did you go for into the end?
