Best you get the car on track then ;)
Yup. I've had sustained 125ish on the 'ring, and 135c at goodwood, I was getting ready to back off but the temp stopped climbing so the fun continued! :rocker: Good job I've got good oil and change it often.

This. Three good laps back to back should see temps up to about 130-135. Nothing to worry about as long as oil is fresh and not sustained. I swear if Audi hadn't fitted the temp gauge people wouldn't worry lol

180mph = 6 miles in 2 minutes.
6 miles @ 6mpg = 1 gallons fuel used (4.55 litres).
4.55 litres used in 2 minutes = full to empty tank in 27 minutes.

RS4 really needs an additional fuel tank :audibash:

I know what you mean, the two laners you are relying on others allowing for you to be going that fast. Not good. I like to have a lane buffer ie cars in lane 1, nothing in 2 or 3 and me in 2 or 3 :)

You'll need 375 bhp at the wheels for 190 mph.

Assuming zero wind, perfectly level road and a very particular air density.

Of course an actual 190 won't be reached by a B7 in most conditions.
B7 RS4 saloon Misano red, comfy seats, JHM tune & JHM full exhaust with cats and resonators - gone.
C5 RS6 Avant Daytona/Cognac - gone.

Of course you're correct, but you can see air temperature and road gradient have very little effect on top speed. Drag is king.
