Sorry Dave, I must admit I read through the thread earlier and released you'd said all of that. I wasn't sure therefore whether you had added more content to the post since or whether I had my eyes shut when reading quickly on the iPhone. No doubt the latter. Be interested in hearing your thoughts when you swap to res link pipes. Hope it sorts the issue for you.

I have the non res valved milltek with black tips and love it, I normally put it in sport mode straight away but like that i have the option to make quieter at the push of a button. One of the best additions i have added to the car.....
Took the car for an mot yesterday and had one advisory - "noisy exhaust"
