It's an old car now - 8 years old.
It's a tin top saloon - Cabs are more fun.
For not a lot more you could get a nice C6 RS6. £999 quid will get it up to 720 HP & 600 ft/lb.
lol
Cabs are slower and more embarrassing.

This car would obliterate a C6 RS6 from a dig, tuned or not. People love to pretend the C6 is a monster but they always seem to forget it weighs an extra 500 lbs and has a sluggish transmission. The C6 is great at racing above 120 mph...in other words at speeds nobody cares about. Everywhere else this RS4 would have the C6 filleted.

A mental car that has divided opinion. Personally, this car has received a lot if TLC. It reads like a brilliant buy, but not to everyone's taste. I wouldn't go for it myself, but I can see why someone would.

I would have...

Even thought about getting it to strip the charger & ceramics off and then sell the donor car on. The trouble was it'd have been a non-standard colour and non-standard interior, so the numbers just didn't stack up for me.

I think if it was back to say stage 2 (440odd) it would sell quick. The interior and colour are two reasons why I think it would sell quicker. Someone should make an offer, you may be surprised

This car haunts me, it is my perfect spec, a great car, if it was an avant I would have snapped it up when Danny sold it....
I was even talking to the missus yesterday to see if we could live with a saloon, bearing in mind at the time we were going out with the boot crammed full of pushchairs and bikes! So it's not for me, but an absolute bargain for someone.....
There must be someone out there considering a px surely? Give it a good home....... U know you want to!

just a thought,

if anyone is considering this motor but doesn't want the supercharger (although in my eyes, that would be the point of buying it).... let me know, there may be a deal to be had......

If by pretty even you mean pulled away a car length or two from 0-100...i guess so.

PS that's not a tuned RS6...its making 200 hp over stock... So that's definitely not just a tune. Still got beat.
