Because gangsta's from Bradford don't usually have £20-£40k in reddies unless they've just done a big coke deal...

£5k for a yellow S3, doable by pushing a bit of skunk

Still don't get your comment with ref to my post? I sold my S3 6 years ago for £9k. If the car is in superb condition and there is a buyer out there looking for an imola car in that particular model then it will sell.
I will have the same issue with my Misano RS6, as possibly will you with your R8, not many people like the colour but if the car is in a good condition it will sell, just takes time.

Also, I think you will find there are plenty of gangsta's out there with way more than £40k knocking about!
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there!

He's just winding you up bro - you are right; time is of the essence with the harder to sell colours :)

Every comedy thread from this point onwards should have Imola in the title

D_K wrote:No, LOTS of people love the Imola RS 4 / 5 and I got lots of good comments.

But owning one is a different proposition and 9/10 of those people waxing lyrical about how good it looks would not touch it with a barge pole in terms of buying it.
Exactly, I love imola yellow rs4s etc... As long as they're not in my garage. To like/love the imola is one thing. To live with a very bright colour that demands attention, be that wanted or unwanted, is another.

So cheers to you guys who buy imola yellow, misano red and sprint blue...for allowing us boring guys (with silver grey and black) to enjoy looking at your RS4s!
