Really sorry to hear this.. Just been through similar although it was taken while I was out.
I got mine back after 3 days but I think I was very very lucky
Whilst I understand the comment unfortunately you can't say for 100% certain that these particular people who died were the ones who nicked it.neckarsulm wrote:Check out this piece of rough justice - the scumbags got their just desserts in a stolen RS4 and in Birmingham too;

True but say for example the people who died were those who cause the thefts by paying the kids on the street to nick the cars so they can use them for subsequent crimes?adsgreen wrote:Whilst I understand the comment unfortunately you can't say for 100% certain that these particular people who died were the ones who nicked it.neckarsulm wrote:Check out this piece of rough justice - the scumbags got their just desserts in a stolen RS4 and in Birmingham too;

"Two other men, including Patrick Casey [brother of the deceased], were in the car but left the scene before the emergency services arrived, the inquest heard."neckarsulm wrote:http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/lo ... ple-342160

No news from tracker, they had a signal but lost it, still looking!!!!
Again, you can't say for certain that the individuals were involved in the theft or by organising, receiving etc.neckarsulm wrote:True but say for example the people who died were those who cause the thefts by paying the kids on the street to nick the cars so they can use them for subsequent crimes?adsgreen wrote:Whilst I understand the comment unfortunately you can't say for 100% certain that these particular people who died were the ones who nicked it.neckarsulm wrote:Check out this piece of rough justice - the scumbags got their just desserts in a stolen RS4 and in Birmingham too;

I very much doubt the people in the car were innocent, if they didn't actually do the theft they are still creating the demand, just glad they didn't take someone else out who was.
Yep and I would never take a px for this reason, I just wouldn't open myself up to that risk, the crims are basically laundering their stolen car for your clean one. I still think about that poor chap on here that took an X5 against his RS6 only to find out it was stolen, hence he ended up with no car at all, horrid.adsgreen wrote:Plenty of people have bought stolen goods and cars without knowing.
