Nope, both times my DRC has been checked no problems have been found.

And Baggins, if you let something as minor as this put you off buying a car, you may as well walk everywhere. The benefits of an RS4 far outweigh the handful of technical issues it may have in its lifetime. If you had the danglies to buy one you'd find out.
