Agreed. I have to admit I'm not keen on the black paint you're being extremely liberal with and personally think you're spoiling the car. Just my point of view, each to their own.

Stone chips on that grill are going to look interesting
Louie look at what's not black and then paint it, isn't that the idea :nodder:

So you'll be painting it after every 2nd outing, awesome. I know this, because, before I bought a set of black plastic Audi rings for the front, I painted some spare silver ones. The painted front rings were constantly peppered with stone chips showing undercoat or gleaming chrome in the sunlight. It looked shít and drove me insane.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Got a call earlier from Ben@AmD asking if they could collect the RS4 as they unexpectedly needed it to do some work on for the weekend. I said no probs I would shoot round the M25 and drop it over to him. In return he gave me this for the rest of the week. Fair car to be honest and not at all shabby as a loaner!!! belongs to Shaun the MD and he hates it as do most of the guys there...I think its a Vauxpoo thing!!!!

How can AmD unexpectedly need to do some work on your car for the weekend? What am I missing, is your car an AmD test mule?

They gave him their RS4 demonstrator for a week whilst his is being worked on. And then they gave him that.

I had an SRi as a hire car once, not a bad car apart from the electric handbrake which drove me <beep> nuts.

They want their own RS4 loan car back. Maybe they have some spare time to map those error lights out.

Come on Bam Bam, keep up at the back there... :bash:

1) Louie takes his RS4 to AMD
2) AMD gives Louie a black RS4 development car in return
3) AMD phone and say that actually they need the development car back (scared Louie will start painting things black I reckon)
4) AMD swap development RS4 for an AMD VXR.
