Thanks N11LS_J for your answer. So 20mm all around is no problem i guess?! If i want a nice fitment, could i use 20-22mm front and 22-24mm rear? Or is this pushing it?

Driving south down the N10 from Paris in France to Aubeterre on Saturday I came across a French Daytona Grey RS4 Bread Van. It was lowered and looked great. We acknowledged each other and shadowed each other for about 20 miles until he turned off. It looked amazing with so much road presence. It's really good to see another RS4 B7 on the road as you never see your own car.
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3

No I'd stick with 15-18mm front and 20-22mm rear

I went aggressive as I'm on air, so I needed them to be sticking out further so they camber in and sit flush when I lower it (air out)

Not yet, I'm in the process of buying some KW adjustable springs. I have put some 15mm spacers on the rear but not touched the front yet..

How long do you guys let the car settle before adjusting the height? 2 days in on new suspension.
