Not yet Silas, it goes in on the 30th, unfortunately I'll be abroad working so I'll not be around to keep an eye on things!! I'm getting them to re-paint the mirrors to go with my spanking refurbed Ti standard 19's that will be going on for the summer months

I'm also getting them to replace the driver's side lower door trim that was starting to blow open a bit and didn't follow the line of the door. Oh and getting them to remove the CD changer for the IPod dock thing!

After that the car should be top notch, I just hope they do a good job on the repair work, they're an Audi Stealer so here's hoping!!

They are Audi Q7 speedline's and are 20" by 10". I run these on my car.
Can you post some pictures of your car. :)

dickytrickster - I am still looking at getting these wheels, whilst I am sure I wont have any issues with the wheel size, its tyre choice that's confusing me and the fact that I run SS+ suspension plus - I do plan to move to KW springs at some point in the summer - but for now - some people are saying that 255's are not wide enough for a 10" rim.

I've taken a look at the tyre calculator here : http://www.etyres.co.uk/tyre-size-calculator.htm and it seems I could run 275x30x20's and these will be 12mm wider in Diameter - this is without the adaptor ETC [not sure how wide this would take the overall diameter]

Could you confirm if the 255's fit the 10" rim ok - are they not too stretched? Some people are saying this is too much...

I'd appreciate your thoughts and anyone else who runs 20x10's with SS+ or KW spring kits to let me know the optimal tyre size and what adaptors/spacers would suit. I'd love my car to sit just as the one in this picture.

Cheers.

Kev, I think you are getting confused about the sizes. 275 is 20mm wider than a 255 tyre. That number relates to the width in millimetres. The profile is a ratio between width and height. So the height of a 30 profile is dependant on the width. A 275/30 is 12mm higher not wider than 255/30.

Ahhh ok - I didn't realise that - thanks for clarifying - So I need to think about (a) width for clearance of the SS+ and (b) overall height of the tire+wheel combo to ensure they fit the arches and don't rub. Seeing as others are riding with 20x10's I guess it's doable - I just need to suss what is the optimum tyre size for the wheel then without it being too stretched. :beerchug:

looks great
jealous over those brakes, :notworthy:

I like those wheels, there's a set on ebay, 9x19, oem, et 24 iirc, basically like a 5 mm spacer
are they 57.1 center bore? or do you use centering rings

I like the LED install, takes a brave man to cut the bumper, lol
