Whoever wrote this has clearly not been to the UK and experienced ‘de traffic’ 

I normally drive round left foot braking, to generate heat, but not to overcook at around 20 -30 mph, and allowing cool off

There is no point left foot braking, the throttle don’t work when you apply the brake at the same time. :audibash:
