Wow thanks for all the interest and praise guys... To be honest I only joined this forum last year to start my homework on these engines... so have not posted much.

I have already completed a host of other engine conversions and projects which again are all older Audi's and do not really relate to the RS246 theme.

Here is a few pics of other things I have created, built and generally got up to.

I have threads for each and every one of them if there is any requirement to give folks stuff to read...

PORN!

That whole build is so epic, I can only imagine what that engine is going to sound like whilst gazing at that oldschool chassis.
Superb. True one of a kind. Well done.

Hang on, did you say SWB Quattro? Is that an original SWB shell?

Awesome build, can't wait to hear and see it when the engine is fully up and running. You going to custom fab an exhaust?

what brakes are you running in your rs4 Audi 80? do you think they will be sufficient now as its gonna be a very quick car?

No it's not an original shell it is my very long term project. I have built this car including the shell over the past 4 years. The reason it is taking me so long is that I am building it from as many original components as I can find. I am aiming to make it so accurate that people will struggle to tell the difference...

As far as the exhaust is concerned on the 80 I will use the top part of the original headers and will have to fabricate the rest

They are currently standard, however I have been doing some work on some B4 legs so I can retain the 4 stud wheels and I can use 4 pot genuine sport quattro brakes :)
