Vibration under braking

Well, the dealer I took the car to (Truro Audi) submitted a claim on the UA warranty. After nearly three weeks of waiting I've heard today that the claim has been rejected. I've now fired off an email to the supplying dealer (Salisbury Audi) so we'll see what they come up with. I have to say I'm not too hopeful though so has anybody got any advice?? I've had the car three months and covered 2800 miles in that time, all on the road.
Also, can anyone point me in the direction of a good independent specialist in the south west? Pref Cornwall or Devon?
