mine was 75k, went for £24k ... was IMMACULATE and had 6 months Audi warranty
exactly, it was £24k not £21k (or below)
I'm assuming we are talking about what's on the market now sub £21k and IMHO it will be of a relatively poor quality.
Don't forget that 108k mile example, very chippy, no buckets or FBSW was over £20k in a closed trade auction last week.

Why a LOAD more choice?

Anyway, I had a B6 S4 and have to agree with others on here, its a good stop gap until you get enough cash for a decent B7 RS4. I know it doesn't have the same visual appeal as the rs4 but chuck a set of 19" on it and its still a good looking car.

the used market is very slow and will continue to be in H2 ... Loads more RS 4's on the market, higher mileage ones all the time...if I was selling mine today I coudlnt achieve £24k privately, and so all he needs to do is wait for a GOOD car with 70k, privately, near to xmas and he'll get it for 21k

Sounds promising, I can handle waiting for one of these amazing cars, you know what it's like you got the money you just want the car,I've even started to consider the B5 but Iam sure in a year or so I'll wish I'd gone for B7 due to wife needing to use car also, the B5 is more delicate in terms of an everyday car it would end up being a Sunday car,and I've had that experience with the 911 it becomes a mission to use it.plus the cost of having to supply with a normal car, insurance ,tax, mot, services. Squash it all in to 1 vehicle makes sense she only does 8k year tops.

I don't know if any of you guys were at Tatton Park, Knutford last weekend for Volkswagen Northwest show. I was quite taken by a proper mint RS2 for sale on the Autoglym stand for £14k.

Not the same league really but was very, very mint.

Now that would be a nice 'stop-gap'

May belong to someone on here
