Never had any problems with Newbury - do the basics well enough.
Although I prefer Camberley for more RS4-specific stuff.

Stirling audi have a very good parts dept - peter chimes is a top bloke, however stirling audi cant do all the work on the rs4.

Most major work gets punted onto edinburgh and this is where the good stuff ends. Most of what you say to them goes in one ear and out the other. Got the front 2 shocks replaced not too long ago, got the car back - covered in bird sh!te, big scratch on a wheel - but couldnt prove it was them. Asked for a new valet key which seems to of been completly forgotten about, and every time i mention it the say "we'll see what we can do!" In future i'll take my custom elsewhere......

Gonna give perth audi a shot next time i think.......

i used teeside audi for my first and second service, they also replaced front shocks under warranty and fixed the drivers seat bolsters also under warranty.
so far no problems with any of their work, always had a courtsy car when i needed it just a bit rubbish when it comes to returning phone calls ect.
had my third service done by mrc no problems what so ever top marks.

Have used Heritage Audi in Salisbury for all past Audi's (2xS3 and A4DTM) and they have always been wholly reliable. A guy there in service-Matthew-is always keen to help. Although I didn't buy the RS4 from them (private sale) they have always been helpful when I have any queries/service issues.
Mark.

I have used Audi in Ipswich, Camberley & Colchester.

Ipswich - what's another word for CRAP? They couldn't diagnose a problem if it hit them straight between the eyes. Oh, and 'they' don't call back, inefficient, no follow through of problems, uncaring, communication skills etc etc etc... :(

Camberley - Excellent service & customer care! The complete opposite to Ipswich. If you have a problem to which your dealer cannot sort, then speak to Rob @ Camberley. My 'power' problems were sorted and restored my faith in the Audi brand.

Colchester (newish service centre and only used because of the time factor getting to Camberley). They have provided quality service along with being been very fair to me. Would use them again. :nogarors4:

had mine serviced at southend audi at 13,000... and they changed the oil as well on 19,000...found them to be ok used them mainly because they are local....they also carried out a health check for me just prior to my warranty running out and re-pressurised the drc system...
had mrc carry out a service on it at 26,000 and spark plug change found them to be spot on..just a shame they are a couple of hours away..

I'd be really interested in any dealership in the North West of England that really knows it's way around on RS4 - I can't be the only one up here! :D

Audi Bradford's parts desk is good especially if your ask for Thomas who really knows his RS's. I've not had mine service there but my brothers A3 was always done there with a very good service all round. Noticed Poole audi mentioned above, they have serviced my car. They did a cambelt service and didn't use a camlock bar or crank pin. They marked it up with tipex, also left the thermostat, water pump etc. poor

Sharing information about good dealers with new owners - RS4's seem to be moving again, so there will be new owners joining who might like to have good dealers recommended to them by existing owners.
