I can understand RABC's point of view. I have shunned BMW for the last 5 years for similar reasons. One guy I was in contact with, in a similar situation to me, had been refused a new engine under warranty for no good reason. He made a website called the www.ultimedrivingmachine.com and published the shameful letters from BMW (I'm sure RABC is familiar with this kind of letter) and eventually got shut down when BMW threw their laywers at him.
If you get treated like dirt, and you don't walk away, where is their motivation to improve after sales service ?
