I went out in one on Sunday & nothing in it from 0-60 & top speed.

It also handled remarkably well for RWD although conditions were dry. The car would be a handful in the wet but i guess that's the aged old RWD vs AWD debate.

Also worth noting that the IS-F has NO options, as everything you'd ever want is standard on the car. Only down side is these toys add weight & it's listed as 2100kg, but it still held it's own vs RS4's even though it's 1/2 ton heavier.

One thing that I hate about the IS F is the fake tail pipes, the top ones are fake!
Add to this a tiny boot space, rear seats that do NOT fold down, and frankly poor interoir finish, and you've got just what you paid for. Jumped up IS with body kit.

I'm surprised at the build quality you report John given how well equiped and trimmed the RX and GS's are.

It really is a downer compaired to the top level Lexus's, some alloy bits, but the same dash as the cheapy, boot space is very poor, and the Car is very "Colour specific", you must go and look, I saw a couple in the canaries back at new years.
