Problems with my car so far:

None - zero, zilch, zip, nada, nothing. :D

Problems with dealers so far:

Southampton Audi didn't clear basic settings after 0050 to 0080 engine ECU SW upgrade.

Am I happy with my RS4? Yes :D
Will I buy another Audi (this is my fifth)? Yes

Car went into the dealer today as the gear box is clunky. Dealer just phoned, gearbox issue is recognised by Audi Techical and they have suggested a pipe is replaced. Was also told my front shockers are leaking and will be replaced. Car has only done 3300 miles

Does anyone know if there Is there anything else I need to make sure the dealer does when replacing the front shockers?

Thanks

Would be good to have a sticky right at the top with a list of all known recalls / issues with the B7 RS4; for new owners checking in and also to jog all our memories come warranty extension time. DRC, clutch, electrical... etc, etc.

My RS4 is back at the dealers. The replacement damper unit that was fitted only 6 weeks ago has failed also.
Unfortunately these are now on back order in Germany, so there is not even an ETA on these at present :(

Car just back from 1st Variable Service.

Front shocks need replacing. Rear Shocks OK.

Parts on back-order with the factory.

For the record, the car has covered 16k miles.

 81000 miles same clutch (everything else replaced::::::::::::::::,only jesting)

I've probably tempted fate:

it seems odd that some cars suffer more than others,it would seem that cars doing lower mileages suffer worse.
I have been told by more than a couple of very knowledgable people, that these engines thrive on being driven, both distance
and hard driving, maybe a few of these issues are down to the fact that few miles are covered, coupled with the state of some roads.
Good job the first two years are warrantied.
Having said that mines in next week to have the trims replaced under warranty(81000 miles).
