Why not ask that dealer if they are willing to swap the steering wheels over?

Am negotiating around that basis but limited number of B7 RS4's in Oz means not a lot of confidence from the Audi guys that they can definitely make it happen ie they can't promise it will work

May have answered my own question. STA on Audiworld and it looks like this has been done plenty of times in the US as they only ever got the MFSW. Stasis Engineering seem to be the folks. Have emailed them and await a response plus local dealer investigating still (I hope).

Will do an update when I have progress (if any).
