That would be quite astonishing and dominating. Could certainly do with a lot more horse power if we go by the B5 standards.

Did anyone see this on the MTM site?

Now that is a damn improvement on the current RS4 looks. Obviously it is the wheels that does it. In my opinion the standard RS4 alloys are a break from tradition and look kind of odd. Whereas the MTM beauties are always a very nice touch.

Does anyone have a better pic of this MTM car?

Hi

Sorry people busy at work and have not had the time to reply.

readings are as follows:

BHP 582
0-60 3.8 secs
Price fitted £16,000

Is it worth it? damn yes. - totally different animal - words cant describe it.

I would reccommend if you have the money go for it. If you dont have the money - find the money.

With that sort of power I would've expected a much lower 0-60 time.

Think you could get a video comparison between your supercharged beast against a stock one?

1 sec off low end accelleration is good but I think you will be seeing more improvement in top end speed with that sort of power.. maybe even M5 Eater.

not to be rude, but to convert 16,000 GBP into australian dollars your looking at about 40,000.
once a few more rs4s come out in australia there will be many places racing to get a bolt on supercharger and or turbo kit for the rs4, but it will not cost anything near 40k, more like 10k ( about 4,000 GBP).

ill just have to wait till somebody makes a kit downunder.

Superchargers have been available in Australia for a long time now from a number of manufacturers..

http://www.sprintex.com.au/

http://www.capa.com.au/

I'm sure one of them would take your money and make one fit but I doubt they would achieve the same gains as the MTM upgrade. I'm sure there is a lot more to it than just bolting on a charger, hence the $$$s

i wouldnt go with either one of those guys, they are just slap together kits, you need someone that will spend the time to get it right, and im sure they will make the same power if not more then our german/french counterparts

How does it affect your warranty? could you send us a pic of the engine bay now to see how it all fits in?

can you please specify, what engine management system you are using, as a piggy back computer probably wouldnt be sufficiant to run a sufficiant mapping system, also if you are using a stand alone system does this affect you electronics in the car, does you S button still work?what about your clutch, obviously it will start slipping soon at this power? i assume warranty will probably be void on the whole car as the power levels are increased the whole car will be under more stress and much more dangerous to predict.
so many questions, also was anything removed to fit the supercharger.

need imput
