Porsche ceramics are stated as not suited for track use! I know it sounds daft. I believe the technology is not up to it. But for road use the ceramics are clean , min brake dirt / dust and minimal disc wear.

Most breaks -the bigger and stronger the more quickly they wear.
In my experience oem is best for simplicity and modification from then on improves performance but takes a lot keeping on top.

Not sure if the problems have been solved, but during a spell working with AmD they had a number of customers who regularly tracked their Porsches. Those with ceramic kits ended up taking them off as they weren't up to track use.
