I reckon the B7 UK allocation for both body styles will be sold OK in the UK - it isn't a bad car after all - understandably the technology/features have moved on since the B5 (and hopefully its weakspots also), but for me I really can't get used to the style of the B7 - the front end especially.
M3 CSL - Silver Grey, a few options.

I will probably end up getting the saloon. I am not 100% sure which one yet, but the Saloon really is awesome. Also, I do not know when the Avant will hit the showroom, and I want one as quick as possible.

I, personally would prefer an Avant, but looks like AoA will NOT be bringing those over.
If more saloons get sent so be it.

If I had the chance to have a B5, I'd have it and I'm sure I'd have the love for it you guys have.
Fact is, we don't have that opportunity and the new RS4 will blow the doors off our S's here, so.......

Yes, they will sell well in the US.

off to work.

Thanks Kurt!
That is very true. The Saloon will probably be the only RS4 B7 sold in the U.S. I do not think that the Avant will ever reach us. I will most likely be purchasing a Saloon when it gets here. Does anyone know how much it will be in U.S. Dollars?

If it works the same in the US as it does here in Europe then the money will be held by the dealership. Audi doesn't charge to get on the list. It's simply that some franchises/dealers do.

Hey Karl I think you should start posting 60-odd times in a day (upper or lower case, you choose!) just so we can keep on looking at the photo of your motor car. It really is quite magnificent!
All the best

Sorry Gordon, but I have sold the LeMan. It was advertised in the Sunday Times yesterday by the trader that purchased it off me.

Jeez what's this guy on....? anyway, wondered if that one was yours... Will have another look. Shame about the timing (but justifying two would have been rather difficult even in this household!).
