Good morning all. JRC1 I have a Mugello Blue saloon. Wingback interior. Carbon fibre trim, KW V3 coil overs. Miltek exhaust. Just turned 64,000 miles. FSH. 4 tyres fitted end of Jan done around 500 miles on them. Oil cooler pipe replaced. Lovely motor, but it's time for me to sell. If you're still looking for one, get in touch. Cheers.

B7 is rated higher as a drivers car and I think the prices of low mileage cars reflect that vs the newer B8.

I am not totally sure about that ... both very very similar, the b8 has more hp but it is heavier and bigger, if you use well the manual box of the b7 I would say they are practically identical in performance, maybe 1 tenth quicker the b8 in 0-60, something irrelevant.

I’ve had my B7 for just a couple of months and am really enjoying it so far. My budget allowed me to look at B8s but for the money it was hard to look beyond the B7 as a drivers package.

When looking buy on condition and history, the one I purchased was far higher mileage than I was originally looking for but the condition and history was far superior than a lot for sale (previous owner had it for 8 years and looked after it well).

In theory yes, the extra weight of the B8 offsets the power increase. But after chasing a B8 down a twisty back, road my B7 was dropped pretty quickly.

But I probably had more fun even though I was travelling more slowly.

The thing in the b7 is change gear´s like a pro jajajaja and never fail a change, because the DSG in the b8 never will do
