I think fronts are identical. Only rears are different slightly.

Part number on the bag they came in is B4-KT3-Z015A01. This is different to the number on Pule's shock Sticker...

Thanks for having a look for me mate. Still strange how Mine is compessed without any weight on it. Rides ok so I suppose that's what matters..

Mine are at the bottom and fully compressed when jacked up.

Thanks Bazza for the number, i can't see any numbers like that on my box. Im looking for the invoice to see whats on there.
I can't see why some are compressed and some are not with identical cars and suspension.

I think the helper spring is to stop the main spring rattling about. The preload adjustment is probably set to a point where the helper spring is fully compressed. My guess is that's factory setting. It's not like a bike where the weight is heavily determined by the rider. So I'd guess they'd set it up for the weight of the car as main spring just under load. Which would be helper spring compressed.
