Door is the same you just have to bolt out the window frame and swap in the saloons very easy to do.

I have to avant doors and already checked the B5's have the same setup.

Mine are definitely plastic - had a new set on drivers side when got clipped by stupid driver.
You can tap them and push them in quite far and the flex easily.
Finally I have a car park ding that is (about to be fixed) through to the undercoat and you can see the plastic underneath.

nope definately steel doors , they are flexible because they are large and thin, if yours were plastic how did it get a ding then as plastic is much more resileent to localised high pressure from something , whereas steel will only stretch a little before it wont return to its form ,thus a ding is made , get your magnet out i think
