Forgot to mention I used NGK PFR7W-TG plugs and motor is definitely running smoother with fresh plugs. Bought them from Opie Oils for £57 ex VAT also with 10% discount which they kindly offered.

Stealer wanted over £112

Noticed a slight difference, TPS gave me single tip NGK plugs, where as I removed triple tips, correct temp and everything else. Examined the old plugs and the side electrodes had never seen a spark in their life, the clean part was on the central one.

Managed to do the driver side bank without disturbing the airbox, only removed the 2 flat sections that take the feed from the grill.

Got a deal on the spark plugs from TPS, only £63

Another tip I used to use on TU5J4 spark plugs changes, a length of fuel pipe will slide down onto the top of the plug to extract it from the hole once loosened, and can also be used to reinsert gently and screwed half in before reaching for the 16mm socket, prevents any chance of cross threading
