And that's even hanging in the balance as the fecking DVLA have a huge backlog of reg transfers which the current owner has to get done and hopefully have the docs back by the 15th :bash: :bash: :bash:
I had mine sitting in my drive for a month when i bought mine till DVLA completed the transfer on mine. Now that was torture :bash: :bash:

I also hate the sat-nav but has anyone found out that the Google maps app on your phone will act as audible sat-nav through Bluetooth. I only found that out last week. Brilliant.

I find it is deceptively slow. Which is good when you push it on a wee bit and the wife doesn't notice how fast we are going.

It is also stealthy and only true petrolheads know what it is.

Other than that, it is a joy to behold. :kissmyrings:

The ladies just aren't that impressed with a grey family sized estate. An R8 would make so much easier... Maybe a local owner would like to swap from time to time: IKEA trips? House moves? Dog shows?

ive just been through the same issue with my sale. basically, as long as you trust the seller to send on the documents dont worry. the transaction is proof of ownership, not the v5.

insurance and the dvla are fine, just let your insurance know to be safe.

of course its up to you in the end and if you can wait that is better but legally i dont believe there is an issue.

The god dame cup holder! I mean come on, with acceleration like this surely they would have made it be able to hold a cup in place without scalding you!

Other than that me loves it

The way you have to vault in and out of the buckets to avoid damaging the bolsters...

+1 on the brake judder. Just had a good run down the A1 and it took an hour of 'heavy' driving & braking to heat the brakes up enough for the judder at speed to reduce. Epic accelerating up to that speed though ;)

+1 with this. I also hate when people get in the car and just fall into the seats. :bash:
Also i find that people bang the doors when they close them. I suppose they aren't used to luxury :biggrin3:

What I hate are all the stupid gimmicks that don't make it faster;
DRC (drove one on KWV3 coilovers and just as comfy, handled like a go kart and sat nice and low too)
Valved exhausts
Silver mirrors
Sport mode
Active seat bolsters
Flat bottom wheel (especially the plastic bit)

Wouldn't mind so much if these things were reliable!
