Lifting the motor section of my mothers electric scooter while stretching - as well as displacing several vertebrae (now sorted), it separated one of the sacro-iliac joints which still slides and grinds when it feels like it.

Thanks for setting me straight in the other thread about the ceramics being a front end only option on the B7 RS4, I don't suppose you know the R8 and RS6 rear ceramics diameter & thickness?
