Lifting the motor section of my mothers electric scooter while stretching - as well as displacing several vertebrae (now sorted), it separated one of the sacro-iliac joints which still slides and grinds when it feels like it.

Try both types if you can, but as Iain says.... they're really a must-have in the RS4.

Not if having the buckets for reasons of "fashion" means you can't drive the car you've just bought - the "must have" seats are the ones that YOU find comfortable, nobody elses opinion is of any relevance.

Thanks for setting me straight in the other thread about the ceramics being a front end only option on the B7 RS4, I don't suppose you know the R8 and RS6 rear ceramics diameter & thickness?
