Ah yeah, sorry, should have been clearer. If you clear all DTCs it also resets the trims.

Just to add to this - I was having the same issue, bought the same cleaner stuff, took the MAF out, gave it a good "washing out" with the cleaner and first impressions are the problem has gone away.

I could hold the revs (whilst stationary) at 1700 - 2000, take foot off accelerator and the revs would drop down to idle, a bit lower then fluctuate a little before settling which obviously isn't right and causes issues when coming up to roundabouts etc etc

now having tested it a few times on my journey in to work its not doing that anymore. I will be interested to see if this helps / solves the really rough running when cold too which I also currently suffer from (the car does - not me lol!)
