There was a nice Avus I was due to see yesterday but the dealer never showed up for our appointment. Up until my current black S4 I'd had silver cars since 1999 including an S3 and S4. I love silver but think a change is as good as a rest.
Plus Daytona is by far the quickest.
Fair doos shagga.
But don't blame me if when I pass you at the Uxbridge jct
Where are you based Timster? Fancy meeting up if you're near the Uxbridge area?

OK,
RE rear tyres. They will put on either: 2 x part worn P Zero's or 4 x part worn Kumho's. Other option is to keep the Vred's that are on there (3-4mm tread) and they will give me £150.00 cash.

Neither of us want to lose the sale over tyres.

Thoughts please.

3-4 mm would pass the Audi Approved checklist (3 mm min) - bear that in mind...

part worns wear differently depending which car they came off.
With my first B5 I put the backs on the front, set off for the 'ring, 2 miles later I really wished I hadn't.
So a set off another car could be even worse..but your call :)

If the Vred's have anything above 3.5 mm on them keep them. That will last you longer than 5mm on PZeros'. Pzero life span from reports on heer and other forums invariably 9-13k miles, Vred's on mine 28k miles.

Kuhmo's don't get good ratings on RS4's
