Jules's air too.
I love those wheels. I was happy with the OEM wheels untill I saw my car alongside Luke's and my wheels suddenly looked tiny.
I think they look better painted a bit darker though (although I imagine you want them that colour due to your alu optics).

I didn't know Jules got rid of his air!

Pictures of them on A4's on the dectane site look awful imo, cheap and nasty.

Indeed. Was considering blacking out the optics before, but they work really nice with the wheels I think. Really happy with the look so far.

Yeah he's moving onto a new project now, B5 S4 -> RS4 with Widebody conversion, it's amazing already and he's got plenty more to do to it from what he's told me. Don't want to speak out of turn though

Is it illegal to remove the child's bicycle reflectors in the US? Even if it was I would still do it.........the chaps at Quattro GmBh must have shed a tear every time they had to roll a US spec RS4 out the factory.............clearly they were so pissed off they didn't even put any effort in and simply got the work scheme apprentice to nip down the road to the local Halfords to get them.

I've considered removing them as I agree the car would look better without them, but would need to further research the issue to make sure the car would be able to pass the annual governmental safety inspections without the reflectors. Wheel spacers are also illegal in my particular State.

The government here seems to have a vested interest in wrecking vehicle aesthetics with silly laws.

I was talking about the orange in the head lights lens.

That sucks, maybe you could just stick them back on temporarily come inspection time? Alternatively, if it's just you need a reflector changing to a clear one rather than orange? I'm guessing you have probably thought about it already!

I think you lost me with that one! I assumed the Yankee reference related to the U.S. Spec reflectors as I thought all B7's had the orange lens in the headlights including European cars.......

Mine does, and I hate it, but the thought of trying to pry the headlights apart to remove it is not something I fancy tackling.
