I have a friend i believe has the fastest b7 rs4 4.2 fsi in the world. I will see if he can do this for us. Would be funny to see his time.

JHM stage 2 supercharger and every mod they sell. Makes around 600 to 650 hp. They don't share dynos.

Forboersoective TTS says they make around 600 hp. They went 11.4 @ 125 mph in the quarter mile.

This car went 10.9@129 on pump gas and 10.7 @ 130+ on race fuel.

3,000 to 8,000 3rd gear test,

Post by S4Player » Sun May 04, 2014 10:28 pm

Wish I kept my car there was certainly more in it. Adding LC etc would certainly of helped. I think the tts kit is good for another .2/3 off that time. Stage 2 built or not built motor saki? Surely dans (jhm) is the fastest rs4 in the world?

I'd guess the JHM one would be 5.4-5.5then if pes one is similar to mine.
1.2 secs between the 3 cars on the strip in my mind equate to prob 0.5 secs between all 3 on this test.

Rough logic applied!

I'm surprised the pes is similar, I'd like to see a log of all three during the test. Pes will be stronger from 3-5k then the tts should be all on it's own. Can't comment on jhm as never drove one with that kit.

I'm just happy that this gives me a reasonable indication that it's running something like...
I had heard that MRC are squeezing more out of TTS cars or are capable of doing so but not sure it's worth the hassle / cost / risk for 20 or so HP and torques.
That said.... Who knows if it goes back there for any work.

Stock other than JHM downpipes and exhaust. With cats. No tune, no nothing. Stock wheels and tire size.

94 octane fuel (like uk 99)
Temp in cluster 13 C
1/3 tank fuel

B7 RS4 with JHM full exhaust - arthur test 7.7: http://youtu.be/n1iRQD2bV3Y

Ah right - good info danny.
So Apart from LC - which I'd like! (Got it on B5 with flat shift - good fun! ) no where else to go for relatively little outlay.
Which is Fine by me!

Only thing I need to look into it the torque limiter which I've heard about and the fact that it shouldn't be there after MRC stage 2 map.
No big issue though - just turn traction of most of time anyway.

Oh and is that a 10.1 quarter mile danny?
Nice!!!

I'd like to do that / vmax and track in this car.
Never done any... Apart from a test day in GT2 but that wasn't full vmax length. 1mile only
