Re: RS4 Whore,the unveiling :) more wheels

Post by Jules » Fri Jul 27, 2012 9:09 am

Not a great photo but i managed to find quite a rare set (sizewise) of BBS CK's in a 20 x 9.5,ive had them done in some daft hyundai colour but it is exactly the same colour as the interior.
I am going to space them with an 8mm front and 10mm rear just because i like them sat out.But wiithout spacers sit exactly the same as stock wheels.

These are just dailys i will run till i find the other set im after

Also while im on,the car may be for sale.I love it to bits but have done it a little to quick and its the modding i love so much.

All mods done within the last 4000 miles its covered since ive owned it.

I dont really want a debate about how much it is as i know prices have plummeted but this really is a one off and pretty much immaculate in every way,and has
over 20k spent on it.Crazy i know

Its won 11 trophys from the 9 shows i attended, inc 3 best of show and 1 best interior.

The price firm is £32k as it is or £30k as it is with standard suspension.
Im off to vegas on thurs if i come back to no interest i will really be also happy to keep and enjoy it.
I am advertising it no where else.

cheers Jules

If no one is interested i will be very happy to keeo it and mod some more

Yep loved reading all the details in the Golf+ article, big fan of the car. be interested where you go after this !

Got a set of those 20x 9.5 CK's as well, did you manage to get 8 and 10mm hubcentric adaptors ?

On a side note, did Plush do your suspension?
I saw their RS4 at AITP opposite yours and picked up one of their flyers but there is no address on it. Then I was asking about in car stereo installers in my local area (I moved out of London a year ago so don't know much about these areas) and it turns out Plush are in the neighbouring town. That could turn put to be expensive, with them doing stereos, interiors and air suspension.

Thanks mate, yep still got the ck,s and being off white they give a real Motorsport theme so do like them.
I got the spacers and they sit way better and tuck within an inch of there life  it's so close.

I'm sure no one will buy so will have a well deserved rest and enjoy,I have a project I'm doing for the misses so should
Keep me busy.

I have done lot of research into 21s as wanted to be a Uk first on an RS but they just don't sit so well.
It just raises the car to much :(

The article was good bar a few silly mistakes re the wheels.

Hi mate, yep Luke at plush did the air but I had most of the stuff from my air'd b5 rs4 so just needed struts.

They did a great job and I'm also lucky one of my best mates also does air now so he does all my maintenance
And new air installs.

I get 'not another set of bloody speakers!' instead.

And it's only cos she's seen yours and was rather taken by the interior.

Is Luke on this forum? I assume the RS4 is his?
