Bilstein b14 s

Hi I'm about to buy some bilstein b14s for my rs4 do I have to have them for the specific model i.e 2006 rs4 saloon as the seller is telling me the b14 kit fits all models

Only difference on the b14 kit 2006-8
Is spring rate on the rear of the avant to saloon

I was under the impression the kit was the same irrespective of body style.
I know the factory springs are different though.
