Sorry Phil,

but what a load of bollocks.. if Audi have something to say to me, then they should do it in person.
You (phil) have done a great job for them, but you shouldn't have to.
If they value their customers (which i sometimes doubt) then they have a list of orders (which i can't imagine is THAT long).. how difficult to get letters out to them?

I am very dissapointed that i have heard nothing.. i've paid my deposit.. which could be earning interest in the bank.. and still nothing..

very poor in my opinion.

I agree with you Dave - its apalling customer service!

Sadly, I think the answer is they dont value their customers and of course they know that (although the list isnt that long) there are plenty of people out there itching to get their hands on the new RS4.

One thing is for sure, they read and value this web site or they would not have asked our Phil to do anything.

Dear Audi UK. Don't read my posts because I didn't buy my car from one of your dealers, I went to a German dealer instead. Please ask Audi AG to read my posts for you and let you know what they are about.

By the way, I didn't have any warranty issues during the first three years, and my car was delivered to UK spec, so maybe you'd like to justify again why your dealers asked for 9K more for my car than my German dealer charged?

Oops, I just forgot that there are other people on here who are paying UK prices for the new RS4, AND have given a deposit so that Audi can earn lots of interest! I better slink off before anyone notices this post...

It's just envy really ;)
