sat nav CD?

Which CD do I need fellas? Don't want to get the wrong one. Want to use sat nav but says load sat nav CD.

most copies dont work properly
i used a seller car-radio1 on ebay and his did-think i paid £16 end last year it works fine

Does it really say that? What Navigation system is it then, OEM would probably be a DVD-based RNS-E?
