Well check out the GT3 and GT2.... very good cars.... the Turbo`s are nice but theres something "just" missing from them... perhaps its the radical bodykits!

Apparently there's some stunt to race a speed climber to 1000ft but Clarkson does it up a long mountain road in an RS4

So I read - should be fascinating - I've always wanted to know what the outcome would be if I bought one, can't understand why more marques don't make direct comparisons with their cars and mountaineers. Who needs a head to head with another car? I'll buy a rock climber instead. :bash:
RS4 B5. Where it all started.
RS6+ Never to be replaced.
Replaced by: 997 Turbo. Didn't like.
Replaced by RS6. I like(d).
Land Rover Defender. Not as nippy.
Back with C6 RS6
And again C7 RS6

I hear what you're saying, but to be fair to Top Gear, their show is good viewing. I never expected my wife to watch a car programme and the kids love it.

At the end of the day, it's entertaining, and they're still reviewing the car and showing off it's features. Personally can't wait for the new seires, especially with the RS4

I was there for the filming of the show today and you guys NEED to watch it on Sunday - totally awesome. Clarkson said something along the lines of "I am sitting 4 feet away from the best engine ever made" He was very very impressed with the car.

Oh and apparently the Stig took it round the track earlier in the day (not filmed) and got a time of 1.25. The new Porsche Cayman was also on the show and only managed 1.26.

Here's some others for comparison.

Koenigsegg - 1.23.9
Noble - 1.25.0
Gallardo - 1.25.8
Lotus Exige - 1.26.4
Chevrolet Corvette - 1.26.8
Mercedes CLS 55 AMG - 1.26.9
Porsche 911 GT3 - 1.27.2
Cheers,
Daz :D
