Re: ARE YOU WORRIED
Of course I wouldn’t like it to happen but hey it’s only a car, if you were concerned about these people you would never have anything nice. As long as the insurance paid up, I’d be pissed off but little more as long as the family were safe...

I felt the same when I had my M3, I read alot of horror stories on forums about people whose SMG pumps had given up, and I got worried about mine. But then I thought, think about how many owners pumps haven't gone compared to those that have, and the amount of people that have an M3 running well who aren't even on forums.
Same applies here. Think how many people who own an RS4 haven't had theirs nicked compared to those that have.

Genuine question for those of you that live in London. Where do you park? I’ve been trying to find a house with a garage and it’s nigh on possible unless I live in the ‘burbs.
Seems that on the B7 it’s the seats that they are interested more so these days as the car is a PITA to steal compared to newer ones.

Re: ARE YOU WORRIED
I live in SE6 (anyone want to come to my house at night I wish you luck) and mine is on the drive and my keys stay with me at all times. Yes I worry a little but to be honest it's a car at the end of the day so if they want it that bad (and yes I have had cars stolen in the past RS4 bodied B5 RS Cosworth) they will take it but I see no reason why I should buy a car based on who might want to steal it.

I live in North East London. I would never leave the car on the street, I rent an underground secure car park which costs me £150 a month.iconic78 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2017 9:14 amGenuine question for those of you that live in London. Re: ARE YOU WORRIED
Get a dog or two, my house has had 2 attempted break ins in the last 12 months but police say they saw the 2x large dog cages and thought twice, I have 2 husky cross German Shephard’s and they are my babies but if anyone crosses that threshold they will be limbless. If a dog is not an option just get a dog cage

Or you can all move to Dubai where we commonly leave the keys in the car or them running with AC on in the summer! Cheap insurance as well

Re: ARE YOU WORRIED
The insurance for yours isn't going to be fun! The UK market is not very keen on SC cars!

Re: ARE YOU WORRIED
I know, I tried a few online quotes and they all refused. Doesn’t help that it’s LHD import.
Adrian flux perhaps? Who do you use?
