Seat Bulsters not activating in Sports Mode

So I put her into an Audi Dealer for a 10k service. Seat bulsters are working fine... (tighten when Sports mode is pressed). Car gets dropped back home to me and the bulsters no longer activate in Sports mode. The controls on the seats work fine and the bulsters are controlled fine by them... but nothing happens to them when you press Sports Mode.

Any ideas? It's going back into Audi at the next possible availability but they sounded clueless when I explained what's now happening. It is just some broken link between the Sports mode and the seat or do you think that maybe the car isn't going into sports mode at all, despite the "S" Light coming on?

Cheers Mike. It was un-ticked so I put the tick back on ............ And now she's immobilised (Not blaming you)

hmmm... possible I suppose, but only had it serviced on Friday and it's never been a issue before just now. I'll give it an hour and try again.

Thanks Guys... All sorted. Thanks Mike on the DIS - The feature has been restored...Thanks Coffey...Got the AA out and it was the battery. Something drained it since last used Saturday. Hopefully one of the kids left a light on or something. We'll see.
