Very happy new b7 saloon owner!

:bigwave:

Hi all, been lurking here for a while now, suppose its about time i said hello.

Got my hands on a black B7 saloon a few weeks ago, bog standard, apart from ceramic brakes and its got the black optics pack. Absolutely adore it so far.

Love to fiddle with anything i buy that has an engine . . . this forum is a bad, bad, (GOOD) influence . . . so far i have had the wheels refurbished in smoked chrome, 10mm spacers all round, interior lights now led's, led number plate lights, led DRL's waiting to be fitted, black front badge, de badged rear and tinted the windows.

Next up is gearbox, diff and coupling oil change, all parts ready to go for that.

Might have a bash at a DIY decoke.

A bit of tuning is soon to follow, exhaust and remap for a start . . . unfortunately I'm based in Aberdeenshire so MRC is a bit of a mission!
Yet to find a local tuning company that gets good reviews but i shall keep hunting, if anyone has personal experience with anyone they can reccomend in Scotland I'd love to hear!

Good combination. Best colour and the fastest type. Watch out for flying loafs of bread some time soon.

Based near Inverurie, and yes that pic was very close to the Lecht ski centre, one of my favourite roads, close second to the Old military road over to Fettercairn.

Its usually a lot cleaner than that i promise, although it's my missis daily drive so i have taught her the 2 bucket wash technique!
The previous owner obviously wasn't up to speed though as there is a lot of swirl marks that need sorted, would like to try detailing it myself but I'm scared i will make an arse of it!!! Another thing to add to the list . . . . .

I did indeed buy it from kintore, very happy with their service to be honest, James was sound and got all the advisories/niggles fixed from the MOT before i collected it, highly recommended.

We traded in her 350z and I paid the balance for the RS so its 1/3 hers!

She likes it so much that she now drives it to the train station instead of all the way to work, to save putting mileage onto the car :thumb:

Another B7 saloon in Aberdeenshire, I'm not far away from you, in Westhill. Nice picture from the Lecht road too, although I think I'll wait until warmer days to tackle that road again.

I must say I did have a look at this one over at Kintore a few months back. They had another prior to this one with a Capristo system on it, what a noise!
