Chase,

There are track day all over man.
AoA does them.
NASA and SCCA have them.

Just contact your local track about open track events or driving schools.

I'll be hitting up a few this year.
Infineon Raceway (Sears Point) and Leguna Seca are on the list.
Along with California Speedway's road course.

And of course the trip to Circuit de Cataluyna.

IMHO - The RS6 should never have had an RS badge as it is not really distinguishable from an A6.
Eh? Thanks for making me laugh Phil. It was just the same with the old RS4, and to an extent the new one too. Perhaps Audi make them too understated, but put one next to a stock A6, A4 etc... Then there's the sound.. ;-)

Actually, that's why I don't like all the chrome bits on the RS models, but that's just my (bad?) taste! Look at the RS2...

All the S-Line kits around just make matters worse.

If only the RS4 cabrio had been a hard top like the new BMW 3 cab. (sorry, I know that's swearing..)

IMHO Soft-tops are just so behind the times now, especially as you have been able to buy french cars with hard tops for years  not that I would ;-)

I've heard/read that soft-tops are more popular as they show to others you've got a convertible even when it's not down which isn't obvious in a convertible tin-top.

Had 2 RS6, both Avants and I think that they were totally worthy of the RS badges, even though I took the badges off!

Opinions are great! Good job we all have diffent ones otherwise we'd be BMW owners.

Of topic, but let us know what difference those roll bars will make, especially with H&Rs.

calling the saloon "gay".... thats a bit rich coming from a nation who hasnt the first idea HOW to make a DECENT car at all!!!! :assflash:

The only famous American "sports" car ie the Corvette and the Mustang hardly inspire sweaty palms and a sleepless nights with anticipation of DRIVING a decent sports car/saloon/avant/cabriolet such as the RS4.... your efforts of handling resembles the USS. Ronald Reagan for its turning abilities round a corner.... well I rest my case regarding Yank "tanks" they take the preverbial :piss:

better hide before there is anymore "friendly fire"!!

I seem to recall that "saloon Audis" stuffed your home grown crap in the IMSA series with the 200 quattro and the 90 quattro gto back in the 80.s :kissmyrings:
