so what did I buy....
47.8k when bought
body needs paint to look new again
phoned Audi for the history on the car and was pretty much complete with DRC all replaced and minor issue repaired and Audi provided the printout for free
With the logbook number I was able to check millage on DVLA website and all added up
my car was quite a high spec with SS+ Suspension and all the plus gadgets inside bar rear seats heated

So what did I pay for her............ £11,750 and I've had no issues in near on 4 month's of ownership.

There is your answer - £16,500 is over priced, not knowing what the same reg car at £21,500 is but this also sounds high.

But as they say the choice is yours :)

I have to say mine was underpriced if I had to be honest and condition is everything.

Come to Audi's in the park on the 10th and have a look at a few RS4's I will be there with little tidying at the moment so it will give you some idea.

I've just purchased a cat D RS4 in Avus silver with 36k miles, full service and just had recent full service inc brake fluid, all recalls done, bodywork is spot on and the reason for the cat D was the common bucket seat theft, it has buckets in it but with minimum ware and half leather, wheels are mint, brakes all good and tyres all 5-6mm, cant fault the car but only thing i have noticed is a slight clutch clunk from cold, gears select fine just once pedal pressed a clunk.

Gave 16k and couldn't be happier, Cat D does not bother me in the slightest due to the seats.

I know the exact car you mean, up North right!
I wanted to go look at it, but because of the distance thought I would get an RAC check done first. The seller says they are a dealer, but from what i can find out this just means they have an ebay Shop that has sold a car before. I tried to contact them in regards to getting the RAC check done before I come up but they never got back to me. :(
If it's a tabby cat, I'm ok with that. If it's a bit leopardy, I could be in jeopardy!
