Re: 8mm h&r spacers vibrations
Fair enough, I had a look earlier and tried mounting one of the 8s. No wonder they cause wheel vibration, there's literally nothing for the wheel to sit on, not to mention the increase in radial loading in the bolts can't be good for them?
Cheers for the part number.

Re: 8mm h&r spacers vibrations
Pretty sure I have seen this discussed before but.....
Any arch rubbing front/rear with the 8/10 kits?
Other than mild aesthetics, any other reason for the spacers?
Thanks.

no rubbing and i was low, Increasing track width (not wheelbase) = REDUCING the total amount of lateral (side/side) weight transfer. Negative effects include increased stress on wheel bearingsMr Footlong wrote:Pretty sure I have seen this discussed before but.....

Re: 8mm h&r spacers vibrations
Anyone want to buy a set of 8mm non hub-centrics for the front? They don't cause wheel vibration, promise

Re: 8mm h&r spacers vibrations
Got the kit from Virdee. Fitted today. Not sure what all the fuss is about after fitting them tbh and not cheap, but you can't fault the quality of the spacers, absolutely DEAD on machining
