Poole Audi - WOW!!!

Post by xlr8 » Thu Feb 27, 2014 5:51 pm

I just had to share the amazing treatment I have just received from Poole Audi and Audi UK

I've had the rs cabrio since September which I bought from Poole. The service I got there was first rate and I left very happy. The car had a few little faults, a parking sensor packed up, the led high level brake light failed intermittently, and the heating element only cleared about a third of the rear screen.

The car went down and I received the first phone call stating the brake light won't fail and any glass isn't covered by the warranty, but the parking sensor will be replaced. The service advisor said he would have a chat with the sales dept, not holding out any hope there then I thought! So, imagine my surprise to get the phone call saying the that Poole Audi and Audi UK were going to go halves on replacing the whole hood. And although the brake light wouldn't fail, the led light unit was going to be replaced as a gesture of goodwill as well! Gob smacked!! I'm guessing all that would add up to a small fortune!

Well, collected the car, everything working, no bill to pay and, and a brand new convertible hood fitted perfectly!

I can't recommend Poole Audi enough both from sales and service! Perfect!

I got my RS from their in September 2010 and they did me a great deal at the time, sent a new set of matts when I got home and realised there was a passenger side one in the driver footwell (as well as the passenger side!), and sent me some Audi goodies for my kids.

Shame not every dealer is to this standard...
