Christmas has come early

Post by Swanee » Fri Dec 13, 2013 12:45 am

Picked up my 2008 (B7) RS4 Cab last night and the infatuation has begun.

No pics yet but here's the ad...

In the 24hrs I've had it, I can honestly say it's the best car I've ever owned... ok, my car ownership isn't probably the best line up ever, a D reg 1.0 fiesta, followed by a new Ford KA, then a new Ford Puma, a Rev 2 MR2 Turbo, followed by a Clio sport 172 then a jump to a new Nissan 370Z GT then a year and half gap (house purchase) and now the RS4... it's obviously getting better.

The strange thing is it's not only the best car I've owned it's also the cheapest car I've ever insured - not complaining mind.

Just need to get a warranty sorted now, any recommendations guys?

Cheers,
Swanee

Would be interested to know how it compares in performance with the 370?

Welcome.

Looked a nice car that one. I'm looking for an RS4 cab at the moment. Didn't fancy another black one, it's a bit thin on the ground after that. Did you get a decent deal?

Hope you enjoy your new purchase.

Jay.

When I first took it out for the test drive I didn't actually think there was much in it but having had it for a few days now I couldn't have been more wrong. The 370Z is an awesome car don't get me wrong, but the RS4 is in a different league - it's simply epic.

Thanks Jay.

Have to admit I did see a silver with red hood that caught my eye but I just fancied the classic black with black buckets. Managed to get £1k off the list price but the fact it was so close made it an easy choice.

Loving it already!
