A big thanks to my buddy Simon (Proveeda) and all the guys on here who suggested spacers and height settings for the suspension especially Rick who is also has a stunning phantom black saloon with black wheels too. After quite a few attempts she is now perfect for me and looking exactly as I wanted her to on the outside.

A couple of pics from the old IPhone until I can sort out a better set with my friend Katie who's a bit of a photographer.

High gloss compressed

seems to be the highest quality industrial polishing process that exists to the present.

The very fine pre-ground alloy wheels is high-gloss compressed using ceramic polishing body in subjecting treatment. The surface of the parts is compressed by the hard ceramic body, smoothed, and brought this to a shine.

Thousands small tightened hit on the rim surface and rub it and condense them due to their weight and the dynamic movement. Therefore the rim will be more than 24 hours in a vibrating box with the ceramic Chips.

It is look similar to the typical chrome. By various so-called compounds, aluminium is brightened, extremely smooth and protect against corrosive attacks.

The aluminum on the surface is hardened by the compression. The material is compressed, condensed, and thus to level enabled staten scratches, corrosion or oxidation and tarnishing.

I have to say I've never heard anything like that wheel preparation process before, but they look fantastic. Like diamond cut but presumably more durable. And the LEDs look almost factroty fit. Very smart.

Apparently 'atomic wheels' over here in the UK do this type of polishing : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZ97eFP4tVs

Interesting, thanks for that. Not sure I'd want straight up chrome though, and they don't look quite that chromey in 2mal4's pictures, although that may just be the hdr'ness of the images.

Trust me, it is definitely not the typical chrom bling bing.

Looking good Gareth!
Those wheels look much better when painted in a dark colour! When I look at photos of my OEM wheels before and after coating the difference is amazing. I know not every likes the darks wheels but in my opinion every car I've ever seen looks better with dark wheels.

I agree Mike but it was Simon who had to convert me. The slight difference is the edge of the alloy has a small unpainted lip. Two weeks ago be stopped sending me pics after all the faffing around trying to set it up right and said just leave it with me. Today I saw it for the first time when I picked it up. He even came in a C63 AMG to get me hehe.

Needless to say I love it! It's been a bit of a project car for the two of us as we are both massive fans of the car and discuss everything that has been done and up to yet with lots of discussion we have gradually enhanced the car in our opinion and once finished it will be exactly as I want it. Not much if any extra horsepower or acceleration but something with some nice individual touches that makes all our cars that little bit more special to us :D

Cheers Gavla

Nope, Racing Mica Blue. It's A3/S3/RS3Simon's car (depending on which forum you're most familiar with).
