I really struggled to get a definitive answer on this when I was getting my wheels painted last year.

The code that seemed to come up most often across the sites I looked at was 1H7.

Got through after hanging on for 20 odd minutes, but it's an 0800 number, was told they don't have the code, suggested i ask my local dealer, waiting for a call back

OK, got a reply from local dealership, there isn't an alloy paint code because the alloys are delivered, painted, direct to the factory, (makes sense) so you just have to rely on the company that refurbs your alloys to get as close as they possibly can to the colour of your alloys, pre refurb.
So, at last, that answers that question !!

SEM refurbed my RS4 alloys, the colour was spot on from what I remember.

im sure the oem silver for audi wheels is L1H7(oxygen silver).
oem titan pack is L8AU(granite metalic).

you will always struggle with colour matches if you get your wheels powder coated, powder coat just isnt available in exact matches to oem (wet paint) finishes.

the best job is a hybrid of both, i have just had my original 19" wheels refurbed first they went to the powder coaters for fulll acid strip and then had them powder coated as near as he could get to L8AU(titan), i then flatted and painted just the face of the wheel in proper car paint to get the exact colour match and finish.

powder coating wheels is a piece off piss, wet painting wheels is a complete ball ache.

Just to confuse things more..Z17 was the code I was given a couple of years ago by my local audi dealer for Oem silver...
