Now the RS4 has gone these are surplus to requirements. If anyone want them they are available for £3 each delivered.

Were they the 2Gb ones out of interest? They are the only ones I seem to be able to get to work with my RS4?

Are any 4GB ones you've tried actually labelled SDHC?

Good point - the first few 'SD' cards I bought online were SDHC in the flesh.

With my original RNS-E I could only reliably use the Hi-Speed SD cards. On investigating I found that many of the non-"Hi-Speed" ones actually store more than one data bit per storage cell (by checking for several voltage levels instead of just on/off) which, from the comments I read, could make them unreliable and prone to early failure.

Now that I've got my bluetooth stereo set up I have a 4GB SD going spare. Free to a good RS246 home. PM me.
