Lol you posted braced! :nodder:

Welcome! Cannot comment on the dealer personally, but good spec with the essential carbon trim, flat bottom wheel and buckets. No sports suspension plus - its obviously the higher ride height just by looking at it - depends on your preference I guess, it is insanely hard with that. Top money but a one previous owner, FASH, 25k car is going to be in demand when you come to sell it on later yourself.

Mate, to be honest it looks great - but I think some would be concerned about the mileage being low. These cars need to be driven - I'd expect it to be about 40k miles. That being said, with the one owner, it's obviously been looked after and cared for so, for £28k, it looks like a bargain to me. I paid £31k back in 2010 for a 25k miles saloon with less spec than this one. But, back then, 25k miles was what I expected the car to have - these cars suffer from snags if not driven, look at the FAQs for details. I must say though, if you are truly thinking of going into RS4 ownership, it really is an enlightening experience. There is something almost magical about driving such a car that you soon realise is as perfect as any car could be whilst attempting to blend practicality with all out performance. My wife really wants a Mercedes CL65 AMG Black Series but I try and disuade her by telling her about the hard ride, the bucket seats, the new rear tyres every three months! The RS4 is a classic, so much so that we're not really that interested in the B8 RS4 that is out soon, it just isn't the B7, hard to describe but adsgreen, P_G. dazN, RSkiwi, Timster, PaulRS4, amanda, sonny, RS4blacked - I could go on forever here - but these are top, knowledgeable guys who know their cars and they aren't leaving the B7 fold anytime soon (dazN excepted - splitter!) For me there is no other car - and I've tried to leave, believe me - the only car I could step to would be an R35 GTR but the running costs are just stupid.

Bro, you'll love it - it's a good price and a young car. Post pics when you've bought it - the forum here will look after you, it's like a family - weird - but the forum will really help you out with any snags.

Let us know if you need any help, somebody can always come and view it with you, let you see their RS4 etc - best of luck mate.

I appreciate what people are saying regarding lower mileage cars but i wouldnt let that put you off. Take mine for example - an 06 plate with 26k on the clock. I have had it for 3 years now, 1 previous owner at 10k.
Just because i dont do huge miles in it doesnt mean it is going to be a lemon, how can anyone tell how the car has been driven previously. Thats why many on here recommend buying from a forum member. If they frequent here you are in with a good chance that their car has been well looked after.
Sure there could be for and against just as there could be for higher mileage cars. Have you driven one before? If not and if you are serious about this one i would try to get a drive in another to act as a comparison. Might help highlight any problems?

the excitement of the search for a new car - i love it, best of luck to you.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Had a busy few days so will give them a call tomorrow to find out more details, and whether drc has been replaced etc. I understand carbon build up can be a problem on these cars if taken regularly on short journeys but hopefully nothing a carbon clean can't fix.
I saw a daytona grey one the other day and I think i prefer that to the black but interior condition wasn't great plus had the phone cradle which I'm not keen on!
